Display technology firm BenQ has announced that its large-format displays will now deliver video conference solutions from Zoom Video Communications, Inc. on its digital signage and interactive displays.
The partnership will make video conferencing on the BenQ DuoBoard better, claim both the companies. Two DuoBoards can be joined together for users to double the collaboration space and develop borderless ideas. With the help of the EZwrite feature, users can work jointly with their teammates to complete a complicated task. Files saved in individual IFP are also shareable between IFPs.
BenQ says that Zoom Rooms is fully compatible with the DuoBoard through its OPS slot computer. As stated on the website, “The DuoBoard also comes pre-installed with Blizz by TeamViewer. Matched with the built-in camera and mic array, these apps allow users to start meetings instantly.”
Rajeev Singh, managing director, BenQ India, said, “Today’s workplace is rapidly changing and employees are demanding better experiences faced with the challenges of the pandemic. Workplace efficiency has become equivalent to the increase or decrease of the business outcome. Keeping this in mind, in the process of corporates adjusting to the new normal of remote working, BenQ reaffirms its commitment by integrating with Zoom and creating innovative smart technology while understanding the need for technological innovations and the market demands in the current scenario.”
